Timothy Webb
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, received his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1995. Prior to law school he enjoyed a successful career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Allergan Pharmaceuticals and served as Captain in the United States Air Force. Mr. Webb worked for the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld and subsequently formed the law offices of Webb & Associates. His practice primarily concentrates on Bankruptcy, Probate, Estate Planning, and General Corporate transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, College of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Foundation, American Inns of Court, Federation of State Medical Boards, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and Houston Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and served on the State Bar of Texas Mentor, Professionalism, and the Pattern Jury Charge Committees. He served on the Texas Physician Assistant Board from 2000 – 2007 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2004 – 2007. He served on the Texas Medical Board from 2007 – 2019 and served as Chairman of the Licensing Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He served as a member of the Houston Independent Police Oversight Board and was an Adjunct Professor for graduate studies at the University of Houston. His wife is a University Professor and a retired public school administrator and they have two children. His Interests include traveling, running marathons, writing poetry, reading and competing in BBQ cookoff competitions
